Thanks to his high-demand service background, Marshall is well-trained to excel in the face of change which is constant. He’s learned to pivot at a moment’s notice from plans that aren’t working to plans that do, and to think/act with flexibility to get the best result. This invaluable ability is just as vital in his real estate practice, where he advocates for his clients, negotiates on their behalf, and is extremely adaptable and resourceful in any situation that may arise.
Marshall lives in Southeast Aurora, Colorado and sells everywhere from Colorado Springs to the Denver Metro area. His clients genuinely appreciate his attentive, hands-on approach, as they do his open communication, transparent guidance, and persistence in meeting their needs whether the goal is to buy or sell a home.
A native of Southeast Texas, Marshall spent several years in the U.S. Army, then demonstrated his keen problem-solving skills at Wagner Caterpillar. In 2010 he joined the Air Force Reserve, and in 2018, the Army Reserve where he still is active. His military experience has afforded him exceptional discipline, consistency, ethics and timeliness, all of which benefit his real estate clients when making one of the most important decisions of their lives. “I am here every step of the way to educate and empower you through the process, so your journey is smooth, and your desired outcome is swift and satisfying.”
Prior to real estate, Marshall cared for others as a Respiratory Therapist with Centura Health for seven years. He additionally serves his community as a Firefighter with the Denver Fire Dept. Marshall is married to his wife Marcella with whom he has three children and a Doberman. He enjoys camping, riding dirt bikes, fly fishing, triathlons, and DIY home projects in his free time.
